Introducing our Startup Program

At Civo, we believe in giving startups a helping hand so that they spend more time growing their business and less time worrying about infrastructure. With no vendor lock-in, free-credit, and individual office hours, we are here to help you every step of the way.

A startup program based on your feedback

When we asked companies what they were looking for in a startup program “hands-on support” came up again and again. Having direct access to technical support in addition to training/mentorship is crucial in a sector that moves as quickly as cloud native does.

Reducing billing complexity

We recently compiled a study on the challenges and complexities of Kubernetes, and our research shows that 47% of those surveyed had difficulty figuring out how much they were going to be billed each month, and 45% received an unexpected bill from a cloud provider.

Civo takes guess work out of the equation with a simple, transparent billing model and no hidden costs.

Our CEO Mark Boost goes onto explain: "Cloud technology offers a range of capabilities for any business. Far too often, however, these are not realized because of either a lack of necessary expertise to take advantage of the technology or cost implications."

"It’s time to put a stop to the surprise billing tactics employed by big cloud providers and to support businesses by shaping the skills of the teams they have. I am thrilled at the launch of the start-up program, as we aim to help those in need circumvent these issues to access the cloud’s full potential.”

Our complete program includes:

  • Up to 12 months of free credit
  • Training and mentorship through scheduled office hours and training sessions
  • Direct access to expert support via Slack Connect
  • Access to the wider Civo community through regular networking events
