Brand Guidelines

Brand assets

The complete collection of our brand logos, colours, typography and usage guidelines.

Logos

As our most immediate, recognisable brand asset, our logo should be treated with deliberate craft and care.

Background

Using the logo

Give the logo room to breathe. Keep clear space around it so nothing competes with the mark.

Civo logo with clear-space margins

Clear space - keep a margin equal to the height of two Civo ‘i’ dots on every side.

Never alter the logo.

Any change - stretching, recolouring, rotating, effects - risks damaging the visual integrity of our identity.

Stretch

Keep the original proportions.

Outline

Use the solid mark.

Recolour

Only approved brand colours.

Low contrast

Maintain strong contrast.

Rotate

Keep it upright and level.

Effects

No shadows, gradients or patterns.

Primary palette

Colour is central to the distinction of our brand, it brings energy and distinction to our typically dull industry.

Sub-brands

Our secondary colours are intended to signpost sub-brand content and should never take priority over our primary palette.

Civo public

Enterprise-ready public cloud that puts sovereignty, cost and ideas back in your control.

Typography

Typography acts as the visual voice of the brand. It helps us communicate clearly and maintain a refined (yet techy) character.
