A new report from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has officially validated what many challenger cloud providers already know. The investigation confirms that anti-competitive practices from a few hyperscalers, such as exorbitant egress fees and restrictive licensing, are stifling innovation and creating significant barriers to entry.
