Luke Jimenez is the Founder and CEO of LESSO AI, a British education technology company building Teacher Workforce Infrastructure for schools.
Luke founded LESSO after seeing first-hand the planning, preparation and administrative workload his wife, a classroom teacher, regularly brought home.
His work focuses on artificial intelligence, education, UK digital sovereignty and infrastructure. Through LESSO, he is working towards a sovereign education AI stack that combines teacher-facing applications, education-specific AI models and greater domestic compute capability.
Luke is also the author of Teacher Retention, Workload and Governed AI, a whitepaper examining how responsible AI adoption could help address teacher workload, retention and governance across English schools.
